María Arrese Zubizarreta

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a company dedicated to offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. In addition to this role, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed and owned Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and taught applied mathematics and food history as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
