Alexis MacDonald

Alexis MacDonald is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as VP People at Klue since June 2024, Alexis previously held several senior roles at Loopio from September 2018 to May 2024, including SVP and VP of People. Prior to Loopio, Alexis operated as an Independent Human Resources Consultant and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cardinal Couriers. Experience also includes positions at CBC/Radio-Canada, UNIGLOBE Geo Travel, Creative Employment Access Society, the University of Manitoba, and Intuit. Alexis holds a Master of Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Alberta.
