With a strong background in project management and team coaching, Emily has successfully led large-scale transformations and embedded agile practices across multiple organizations. An advocate for women in sports, Emily also contributed as a Board Director at Women Sport Australia. Educational qualifications include a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and certifications in agile frameworks.
