Previous roles include Acting Director of Insights and Innovation and Innovation Centre Director at WorkSafe Victoria, as well as Head of Innovation at Kmart Australia. Fabio has a strong background in applying Design Thinking to enhance store operations, customer experience, and company strategy. Additionally, experience as a sessional lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology and Managing Director of Huddle Academy showcases capabilities in education and business development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from USP and participation in the Williamson Leadership Program at Leadership Victoria.
