Dariusz Kubacki has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dariusz began their career as an IT Consultant at SAS Institute in 2003. Dariusz then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2005 and held various positions, such as IT Specialist, Project Manager, and Manager in the Apps Global Delivery division. Dariusz also worked as the Regional Delivery Center Manager for Central Europe and the CEE Professional Services Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
In 2017, they joined PAREXEL as the Director of Service Delivery Management and later as the Director of Service and Process Improvement. Dariusz was responsible for providing advanced clinical applications and IT technology solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies globally.
Since 2018, Dariusz has taken on leadership roles at KMD Poland, an NEC Company, as the Managing Director. Dariusz built and managed the largest technology hub of KMD outside Scandinavia, focusing on R&D, Software Products, Cybersecurity, and other IT and non-IT functions.
In 2018, they also assumed the position of Vice President for Enterprise Accounts and Service Integration at KMD. This global role involved overseeing commercial business units and managing large IT contracts and projects, including digital transformations and service integration with external providers.
Most recently, in 2021, Dariusz joined ABSL Poland as the Vice President for Business Intelligence & Thought Leadership.
Throughout their career, Dariusz has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in IT project delivery, service management, and business development.
Dariusz Kubacki attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Computer Science. Afterward, they enrolled in Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2004 to 2005 to pursue Financial Risk Management.
