Ewa Mika is an experienced Delivery Manager and Kanban Coach at KMD Poland since March 2022, specializing in Kanban training, guiding continuous improvement within the Energy Solution department, and utilizing data analysis via PowerBI. Ewa serves as an Accredited Kanban Trainer with Lean Agile Ninja and a Lecturer at Kozminski University, teaching agile project management and decision systems. Previous roles include Scrum Master positions at Huuuge Games, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, and Warta, as well as a Technical Department Coordinator at Platige Image, where Ewa implemented Agile transformations and Kanban practices. Ewa holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Kozminski University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nanostructure Engineering from the University of Warsaw.
