Sebastian G. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Sebastian began their career at Philips as a Helpdesk Specialist in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as an IT Technology Specialist/Field Service Specialist at Fritolay Poland/Pepsico Consulting. Sebastian then went on to co-own and manage Nash Burger from 2013 to 2014. Sebastian transitioned into the role of HelpDesk Specialist at Liberty Direct Poland from 2014 to 2015, where they handled various IT tasks such as troubleshooting, network support, and software support. At Long View Systems, they worked as a System Consultant from 2016 to 2017, where they managed ITSM tools, provided technical support, and created documents for other agents. Sebastian then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Senior IT Operations Analyst - Shift Leader from 2017 to 2020. Sebastian was responsible for managing the Global Service Desk and ensuring efficient IT operations and resource supervision. Currently, Sebastian is employed at KMD Poland, where they initially worked as a Delivery Manager and later became a Senior Delivery Manager - Team Lead starting in June 2021. Throughout their career, Sebastian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a dedication to providing excellent IT service.

Sebastian G. attended Technikum im. Marcina Kasprzaka from 1996 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Technik Elektronik with a focus on Systemy Komputerowe. Sebastian then went on to study at Społeczna Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości i Zarządzania from 2002 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General. Additionally, Sebastian acquired certifications such as Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022, Interskill - Mainframe Specialist - IBM Mainframe Environment - Fundamentals from Interskill Learning in 2020, and ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in 2020.
