Lone Toft Moltzen

Lone Toft Moltzen has extensive experience in leadership and project management, particularly at KMD since September 2001, where roles have included Head of Departments across multiple teams, such as SKO Delivery, SAP BI, and others, overseeing a collective workforce of approximately 118 employees. Key responsibilities have included people management, organization development, performance culture enhancement, and driving knowledge sharing within SAP platforms. Prior to KMD, Lone Toft Moltzen worked at DSB in various capacities, including Project Manager for SAP implementations and operations management. Educational qualifications include IPMA C in Project Management and personnel administration studies at Niels Brock, alongside various leadership training programs.
