Andrew Gullett is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support roles, currently serving as Regional Support Manager and Support Engineer at KMS Lighthouse since November 2022. Prior to this, Andrew held positions at Velo IT Group, where responsibilities included acting as a Direct Escalation Resource and creating Knowledge Base articles, and at LICN, providing support in a VMware Virtual Environment. Andrew's career also includes experiences at US Digital Sciences Corporation and Northfork Plumbing, focusing on server maintenance and help desk support. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Farmingdale State College and an Associate of Science in Web/Multimedia Management from Suffolk County Community College.
