Steve Ferrone

Steve Ferrone is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in strategic financial leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at KMS, Inc. since November 2020, Ferrone has previously held significant roles, including Strategic Advisor and Separation Leader at CDK Global, where financial oversight was provided for the sale of a $300M business unit. As CFO at Bargain Hunt, Ferrone was a key strategic partner in managing financial operations for a $250M private equity portfolio company. Extensive experience includes a decade at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Ferrone held various CFO roles, managing large retail operations and service business units. Earlier experiences also include finance management positions at GE Healthcare and GE Capital. Ferrone earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.
