Senior Customer Success Manager at Kneat

Christina Dignan has worked in a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech industries. Christina began their career in 2008 as a Pharmacology Student at NUI Galway. In 2012, they became a Certified Pharmacy Cleanroom Technician at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. In 2013, they joined Kneat Solutions as a Customer Success Manager, Lead Process Engineer, and Technical Account Manager. In this role, they were a Subject Matter Expert for the Kneat application, as well as a Subject Matter Expert in client processes in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotech industries. Christina was also responsible for coordinating, facilitating and performing professional services, such as client process mapping and implementation in the Kneat application. Finally, they were the Product Owner, working with Product Development personnel to assist delivery of any product enhancements and new feature requests. In 2019, they became a Product Specialist at Kneat Solutions.

Christina Dignan has a diverse educational background. Christina obtained a BSc Biomedical Science in Pharmacology from the University of Galway from 2008 to 2012. Christina also obtained a Diploma in Irish from the National University of Ireland, Galway from 2009 to 2011. In 2018, they completed a BSc Quality for the Medical Device Industry from Atlantic Technological University. Additionally, they hold certifications in New York State Pharmacy Technician License (obtained in June 2012), Microsoft Word and Excel (obtained in June 2008), Basic First Aid, Emergency First Aid, and Heartsaver AED from the Order of Malta.
