Melanie Theilmann has extensive work experience in product management roles. Melanie worked at Kneipp from 2019 to present, starting as a Junior Product Manager for Bath supplements and later becoming a Product Manager for Bodycare & Bodywash. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager responsible for the global body wash category. Before Kneipp, they worked at Fossil Group, Inc. from 2009 to 2014, initially as a Junior Product Manager for Emporio Armani Jewelry and then as a Product Manager for the same category.
Melanie Theilmann attended Pforzheim University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) degree. Their field of study was BWL (Marketing/ Communication). In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Public Relations Referent certification from Hochschule Pforzheim - Gestaltung, Technik, Wirtschaft und Recht in June 2017.
