Jennie Hsu

Jennie Hsu has over 18 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and tax compliance. Jennie began their career in 2003 as an Accountant at Sherpa's Pet Trading Company, where they were responsible for preparing financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts. Jennie then joined PwC Taiwan in 2010 as a Senior Associate, where they performed detailed planning and assisted managers/senior managers in carrying out audit and assurance engagements under ROC GAAP, US GAAP, HKFRS, IFRS, and PCAOB standards. Jennie also performed SOX 404 controls testing and design evaluation, as well as supervised staff personnel and preliminary review of working papers. In 2012, Jennie became the Finance Manager at IDP Education Pty Taiwan Branch, where they designed and implemented internal controls and financial reporting systems, performed financial analysis and budget/forecast, and performed monthly closing activities and local management reporting. In 2020, they became the Senior Accounting Manager at Quantum Global Technologies Holding Company, LLC - Taiwan Branch, where they were responsible for leading month-end closing activities for Korea, Taiwan, Scotland and Singapore entities for US GAAP ledgers, as well as in charge of SAP implementation for Taiwan entities and liaising between operation teams and IT teams. Most recently, they became the Director of Financial Reporting at Kneron in 2022, where they are responsible for all financial (IFRS and US GAAP) and tax reporting matters, as well as performing US GAAP accounting analysis and designing and setting up financial policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP.

Jennie Hsu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Claremont McKenna College between 1999 and 2003. Jennie is also a Certified Public Accountant in both the State of New York and Taiwan.
