Calypsa Padon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, behavioral science, and strategic relations. Currently serving as the Regional Learning and Development Senior Consultant for Europe at Knight Frank, Calypsa designs and implements L&D strategies that align with business goals while fostering learning innovation. As an Adjunct Professor in Behavioral Science at IE University, Calypsa teaches courses focused on behavioral change and its application in financial contexts. Previous roles include Head of Strategic Relations and Director of Learning & Development at BeWay Consulting, where Calypsa drove stakeholder engagement and enhanced learning initiatives. Calypsa's earlier experience includes leadership positions at International Montessori and language assessment at UCETAM, complemented by a strong educational background featuring multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Behavioral Economics.
