Jonathan Pagett

Jonathan Pagett is a seasoned professional in retail advisory and asset positioning, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Retail Advisory at Knight Frank since January 2023, focusing on the Middle East and Africa. With extensive experience, Jonathan has previously held key roles at Arcadis, including Client Account Leader and Development and Asset Manager, where Jonathan specialized in development and asset management for clients like DWS and Goldman Sachs. As the founder of Westlake Property Group, Jonathan successfully raised over £15 million for various projects in the UK. Jonathan’s career also includes significant positions at Lendlease, EC Harris (Middle East) Limited, and EC Harris (UK) Limited, where Jonathan contributed to major projects such as the Bloomingdales Department Store in Dubai Mall and a super-regional retail mall in Shanghai. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
