Karen Bowes

Karen Bowes joins the Consumer Banking & Payments division at Barclays, where she was HR Managing Director. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Capital One where she was instrumental in developing their UK and international HR functions.

With the depth of her experience and communication style, they are confident Karen is well suited to the culture and ways of working. She will provide important strategic advice to the GEB as they continue to develop the culture and strategy to ensure they attract, develop and retain the best people.
