Simon Berry Ciwfm Miol

Simon Berry CIWFM MIoL is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in property management and safety. Currently serving as Director at Knight Frank since May 2014, Simon has progressed through multiple roles including Associate Director and Senior Facilities Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Facilities Manager at DTZ from October 2006 to May 2014, where Simon led the facilities management team for the Newcastle region. Earlier in the career, Simon served as Facilities Manager at Amey, overseeing contractor management and in-house services for a Science & Technology client. Simon holds a degree in Managing Safety in Property Management from the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health and a National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Gateshead College, complemented by a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management from Henley College, Coventry.
