Siobhan Randell

Siobhan Randell is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner at Knight Frank since January 2024. Prior to this role, Siobhan held various positions at Multiverse from December 2018 to August 2023, including Director, Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager, Inclusion, Diversity and Outreach Lead, and Education & Engagement Manager. Siobhan's expertise also includes serving as an Inclusion & Diversity Council Member for BIMA from February 2020 to July 2021 and as Impact Manager at The Access Project from August 2014 to December 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as Student Support Officer at Carlton le Willows Academy and Advocate and Project Worker at Barnardo's. Siobhan holds a master's degree in Management with Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a bachelor's degree in European Politics from the University of Nottingham, along with a Level 7 qualification in Public Speaking from LAMDA.
