Tim Armstrong

Tim Armstrong currently serves as the Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions at Knight Frank, a position held since August 2007. Armstrong also leads the Occupier Services and Commercial Agency for the Asia Pacific region, focusing on assisting occupiers and multinational corporations in executing their real estate strategies across various sectors, including office, industrial, and retail. Previously, Armstrong held several leadership roles at Madsen Partners from 2001 to August 2007, culminating in the position of Director of Industrial Sales & Leasing. Armstrong holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UNSW, earned between 2017 and 2020.
