Lauren Ortved is an accomplished professional in eCommerce and digital merchandising with extensive experience in leading teams and driving growth for prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Site Merchandising at Knix, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Director of eCommerce at Saje Natural Wellness, where responsibilities included managing the digital product roadmap and enhancing customer experience. Prior roles include Director of eCommerce & Digital Experience at Roots, where Lauren shaped the strategic direction for DTC revenue and eCommerce expansion, as well as various leadership positions at Nicole Miller, where efforts were focused on eCommerce aesthetic and marketing initiatives. Lauren's career began with roles in account management and visual merchandising at recognized brands, supported by a strong educational background in Fashion Marketing from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Dalhousie University.
