Nicole Amodei, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of HR Business Partnership and Enablement at Bond Vet, focusing on strategic HR leadership and organizational enablement. With extensive experience in people operations and talent management, Nicole has held key positions such as Head of People Operations at Better and Trail of Bits, as well as leadership roles at Rent The Runway and Gympass, where significant contributions were made to talent acquisition and HR technology.
