Brittan Tornabene

Brittan Tornabene is a seasoned professional in employee onboarding and experience, currently serving as Employee Experience Manager and Employee Onboarding Manager at KnowBe4 since October 2019. With a robust background that includes leading multi-national onboarding processes, implementing an Employee Success Program, and managing teams, Brittan has significantly contributed to the onboarding experience for new hires across global offices. Prior to KnowBe4, experience at The Breakers Palm Beach encompassed roles in reservations and recreation coordination, where customer service and event management skills were honed. Additional roles include a Front Desk Agent at State Farm, a Guest Services Intern at UCYC, and various capacities in youth ministry and event planning. Brittan holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks & Tourism from the University of Florida.
