Genells Martinez has a diverse work experience. Genells started their career at GC Services-Lakeland Florida as a Human Resource Specialist, where they handled administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, served as a trainer for HR information, and coordinated company events. Genells then worked at IGT as a Client Service Representative. Later, they joined KnowBe4, Inc. as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and then became a Customer Success Manager, assisting customers with onboarding and maintaining relationships. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of LATAM Enterprise Customer Success Manager, providing customer success for enterprise companies in the LATAM region. From there, they became a Customer Success Team Manager (LATAM) and is currently working as a Product Community Manager, leading the initiative to launch an online user community at KnowBe4.
