Michael Greene, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist at KnowBe4, providing support to sales leaders in making data-informed decisions since July 2023. As the owner of Greene Light Consulting, LLC, Michael delivers accurate insights through data science and analytics projects. Previously, in various roles, including Senior Data Scientist at Apex Systems and Decision Scientist Lead at PayPal, Michael enhanced digital marketing and consumer engagement through analytical tools and models. Michael has extensive experience managing machine learning infrastructures and executing analytical projects in financial services, showcasing strong skills in SQL and Python. With a PhD in Physics and Applied Physics, alongside a Bachelor's in Science Education, Michael has also held educational roles, including teaching high school physics and mathematics.
