James Sears

James Sears is an accomplished professional with a strong background in audio and video production, marketing, and event management. Currently serving as a Webinar Production Associate at KnowFully Learning Group since April 2021, James has achieved over 99% success in more than 1,000 webinar broadcasts annually and led initiatives for process improvements. As a self-employed audio and video editor since September 2019, James has created popular social media content and built significant podcast audiences. Prior experience includes roles at Issuer Direct Corporation, Radio One, Nielsen, and various radio stations, where James demonstrated expertise in client communication, marketing strategy, and audience engagement. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Electronic Media/Broadcasting from Appalachian State University.
