Katarzyna Bator-Grzegorczyk

Katarzyna Bator-Grzegorczyk is an experienced financial leader currently serving as the Head of Finance Department and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Knowit Poland since July 2021. Previously, Katarzyna held the position of Head of Finance Department and was a member of the executive management team at Cybercom Group from November 2009 to June 2021, where responsibilities included financial oversight, group reporting, budget construction, liquidity control, and advisory support for business decisions. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Zetterbergs Industri AB, focusing on financial and accounting management. Katarzyna holds an MBA from UQAM, postgraduate studies in Managerial Accounting and Controlling from the University of Lodz, and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics. Additional education includes courses at the London Business School and the ICAN Institute.
