Wambura Kimunyu

Wambura Kimunyu serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Knowledge Platform since October 2024. Previously, Wambura held the position of Group CEO at Eneza Education from February 2019 to November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director of the Pan African Automotive Business at ROAM (Ringier One Africa Media), where oversight of Cars Classifieds businesses was a primary responsibility, along with CEO roles for Cheki in East Africa and Kenya. Wambura's career began with significant impact at Cellulant as General Manager for multiple countries and as Chief Consumer Officer. Earlier roles included Executive Director for Africa at Biblica and various publishing and editorial positions. Academic qualifications comprise a Legatum Foundry Fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MBA from Strathmore Business School, and a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University.
