Janice Vyn Sharry

Sharry received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University and is a leading corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions lawyer. Over the course of her career, Sharry has served as a trusted advisor to numerous corporations and private equity firms, navigating complex multi-national transactions and capital raises. Her experience in the energy, aviation, healthcare, and food industries includes work on many transactions having a value in excess of $1 billion and others that involve crisis situations. Jan has served as a host for alumni events in the Dallas area.
