Yahia Refaat

Yahia Refaat is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technology roles, currently serving as the Head of the Information Technology Department at Kodak Alaris since August 2023. Previously, Yahia was a Technical Support Manager at Disty Company, where oversight of installation and technical support teams was a key responsibility. With a background as an IT & Security Systems Engineer and an IT & Light Current Site Manager, Yahia managed significant projects including networks and security systems for major organizations. Prior roles include operation room supervision at Schneider Electric, customer care roles at Etisalat, and technical support positions at PGESCo, Servier, and Allied Technology Group. Yahia holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Modern Academy Maadi and has a certificated degree from Cairo University in Information Technology Engineering.
