Anthony Redding

Anthony Redding is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in finance, compliance, and audit at Eastman Kodak Company since 1995. Currently serving as Chief Audit Executive, Chief Compliance Officer, and interim Director of Investor Relations since April 2013, Anthony leads the company's global internal audit, compliance, and investor relations functions. Previous roles include Chief Audit Executive and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as Director of Global Compensation and VP of Human Resources, where Anthony oversaw executive and non-executive compensation programs. Additionally, Anthony held positions such as Finance Director for the Film, Photofinishing, & Entertainment Group, and Regional Finance Director for the Americas, contributing to significant segments within the company. With a CPA certification obtained in 1988 and a BS in Accounting from Wilberforce University, Anthony demonstrates a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
