Colin Young is a seasoned consulting manager with extensive experience in the areas of Abandoned & Unclaimed Property services. Currently serving as Consulting Manager at Kodiak Solutions since October 2023, Colin previously held similar roles at Crowe, where tenure lasted from February 2020 to October 2023, and at Ryan from June 2017 to February 2020. In these positions, Colin specialized in asset recovery, risk assessment, audit defense, compliance system improvement, and voluntary disclosure negotiation, while also engaging with state officials and clients about document requests related to audits. Earlier in the career, Colin worked as an Auditor at Cotiviti, focusing on medical claims audit analysis to recover overpayments. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and an Unclaimed Property Certificate from UPPO.
