Rose Cruz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare risk and compliance consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Risk & Compliance Consulting at Kodiak Solutions since September 2010, Rose facilitates risk assessments, collaborates with management and audit teams, and develops audit plans while leading various audit projects focused on financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles as Audit Director at Resurrection/Presence Health and Senior Internal Auditor at Alexian Brothers Health System, as well as a series of progressively responsible audit positions at Adventist Midwest Health and Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Saint La Salle in the Philippines.
