Karen Darling

Karen Darling currently serves as the VP of Sales at Kodif, leading the new business sales team. Previously, Karen held the position of Head of US Sales at Dixa, where the focus was on driving new business growth in the US market and shaping the partner ecosystem. Prior to Dixa, Karen was the Regional Director of Commercial Sales at Medallia, managing a team and recognized as the Global Regional Director of the Year for FY22. Karen's career also includes roles at Stella Connect, where responsibilities entailed working directly with customer experience leaders, and earlier positions in business development and growth strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from DePaul University.
