Simon Billingsley

Simon Billingsley has held several roles in the software engineering industry since 1999. Simon began their career as a Software Engineer at Nokia in 1999. Simon then moved to Marconi in 2000, where they were a Software Engineer as part of an international graduate development masters degree programme supported by Warwick University. In 2002, they became a Technical Lead at eServGlobal. In 2010, they joined Oracle as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, and their roles included creating a cloud-native enterprise communications application, as well as developing and architecting a dynamic communications focused application. In 2018, they became a Senior Java Developer at MATRIXX Software, where they were responsible for tracking product security and creating remediations to resolve any security issues. Currently, they are a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Developer at KodyPay.

Simon Billingsley received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton in 1999. Simon then went on to pursue a Marconi Masters Degree in International Technology Management at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, which they completed in 2002.
