Kate has extensive experience in total rewards and HR systems, having served as Head of Total Rewards and HR Systems at Rehlko and as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Systems at STV. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Clarios and various positions at TruGreen, including Director of Total Rewards and Senior Manager of Compensation. Kate began their career as a Global Compensation Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.
