Hitesh Raval serves as Senior Manager - HR at KOHLER India since March 2024, overseeing HR functions for both units. Previously, Hitesh held roles as Lead HR at Heubach India from September 2022 to March 2024, and as Manager - People Strategy at Indofil Industries Limited from September 2021 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager - HR, ER & Administration at Grindwell Norton Ltd from June 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing HR for the PCR business at two plants. Hitesh also worked at Indobaijin Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. from September 2013 to May 2019 as Senior Executive - HR & Admin, and began a career at Indofil Industries Limited as Assistant Officer - HR from February 2010 to August 2013. Hitesh holds an EDP in Human Resources Development from XLRI, a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhavans College, a Master of Commerce in Business Administration from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.
