Raquel Reif is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving product development initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering Services at Kohler Co. since October 2017, Raquel oversees a global organization of 140 engineers across various functions, including product validation and engineering process excellence. Prior roles include business development manager and program manager, where Raquel successfully led new product development efforts and implemented process improvements. Earlier experience spans quality management roles at CURT G. JOA INC., project management at Siemens Gamesa, and an internship at TRW. Raquel holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra and an MBA from Lakeland University.

Kohler was founded in 1873 when John Michael Kohler purchased the Sheboygan Union Iron & Steel Foundry. The firm originally produced cast iron implements for farmers, castings for furniture factories, and ornamental iron pieces. Kohler also owns two golf resorts: Destination Kohler, also known as the American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin, and Destination St. Andrews in Scotland, also known as the Old Course Hotel. Herbert Kohler, grandson of the founder, runs the company.
