Ilona Tkach

Ilona Tkach has extensive experience in customer service and social media management, currently serving as a User Generated Content Planner and former Team Lead of the Social Media Care Team at Kohl's since September 2015. In this role, Ilona supports brand integrity across social media platforms and collaborates with internal partners to enhance customer experiences. Prior experience includes a Customer Service Specialist position at Shopko, where Ilona developed strong communication skills and trained new employees. Additionally, Ilona interned at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, working on social media projects and organizing workshops. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Ilona also studied at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
