Lissett Munoz

Lissett Munoz is a Senior Software Engineer at Kohl's with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Since joining Kohl's in November 2021, Lissett has successfully led the retirement of a legacy application and developed a new system for internal auditors, achieving full PCI compliance. In addition to overseeing team operations and strategy in an unofficial leadership capacity, Lissett has enhanced the CI/CD pipeline solution and developed key applications to improve workflow efficiency. Prior to Kohl's, Lissett held software engineering roles at The Home Depot, contributing to the development of registration applications and implementing essential testing protocols. Lissett also has experience in educational roles, having served as a lead instructor for coding programs at both Florida International University and Young Women's Preparatory Academy. Lissett holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University.
