Matt Carpenter

Matt Carpenter has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having worked at Kohl's since October 2004. Matt has held various leadership roles such as VP of Total Rewards, Territory VP of Human Resources, and Director of Strategic Recruiting. Prior to their time at Kohl's, Matt worked at Mervyns as a Field Human Resource Leader and Assistant Store Manager. Matt holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law. Matt earned a BSBA in Management from Northern Arizona University.
