Niyati Parikh

Niyati Parikh has had a diverse and extensive career in the food and beverage industry. Niyati began their career in 2007 as a Food Scientist at JayBharat Foods, and simultaneously held the role of Director of Research and Development at Powerbrands. In 2016, they Co-Founded Palm & Bean, and in 2017 they took on the roles of VP of Product Development and Director Of Operations/R&D at Koia.

Niyati Parikh obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Gujarat University in 2002. Niyati then went on to receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science & Technology from UNSW in 2005 and a Masters of Applied Sciences in Food Science & Technology from Western Sydney University in 2006.
