Jana Zabaldica is an experienced project manager currently working at Kollab since April 2021, where responsibilities include preparing and maintaining project documentation and leading cloud services deployment from initiation to closing. Previously, as the Head of Demand Generation, Jana organized activities to generate leads and qualified incoming leads for field sales teams. Prior experience includes serving as an Inside Sales Representative at CARWAVE, where successful appointment setting and deal closing were achieved, and as a Customer Experience Analyst and Technical Support Representative at TELUS International Philippines, focusing on customer coaching and troubleshooting. Jana holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology Specialist from Ateneo de Naga University, earned between 2013 and 2015.
