Prior to this, Charles worked as a Project Engineer at Moss & Associates and gained experience as an intern at various companies including the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety. Charles started their professional journey by interning at Simmons & White while still in high school, setting the foundation for their career in Civil Engineering. Charles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
