Greg Meath has extensive experience in land development, holding key leadership positions since 2001. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Kolter Land Partners since January 2013, Greg previously worked as Land Development Director at Meritus Corp and as General Manager at Sunfield Homes, Inc. Prior roles include Land Development Consultant at DeBartolo Solutions and Project Manager at Kearney Construction Company. Throughout their career, Greg has successfully managed the development process for large tracts of land, overseeing all phases from property acquisition to the sale of finished lots. Greg's early career included significant contributions as a Project Manager at Florida Design Consultants, specializing in civil engineering design and permitting. Greg holds an AAS in Architectural Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
