Ian Fleck

Ian Fleck has a diverse work experience in marketing and community management. Ian currently works as the Community Director at komoot since May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager - Brand and Marketing at Rapha Racing Limited from May 2014 to May 2019, where they had strategic oversight and implementation of global experiential programs and event sponsorship. Ian also worked as a CMN Mentor at Creative Mentor Network from May 2017 to May 2018, supporting the next generation of creative talent. Ian has earlier experience as an Account Director at Iris from 2009 to 2014, managing participation-led campaigns, and as an Account Executive at The Lounge Group from 2006 to 2008, primarily handling brand activations for Samsung, Electronic Arts, and Disney.

Ian Fleck attended Nottingham Trent University from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts.
