Janine Davis

Janine Davis, MCC, is a seasoned executive coach and managing partner at Evolution, a global coaching and consulting firm specializing in leadership and culture for high-growth companies and investors. With a strong track record in leadership roles, Janine co-founded Fetch Recruiting, Inc. and served as President from 2010 to 2018, in addition to previous positions including Director of Operations at Technical Connections Inc. and Director of Software Development at DIRECTV. Janine has also held advisory roles at Kona and Rolebot, focusing on innovative solutions for remote teams and recruitment, respectively. Janine’s educational credentials include a Certificate of Completion in Neuroscience in Leadership from MIT and an Executive Coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
