Mike Frydryk is the VP of Human Resources and Organizational Development at DLSM, where Mike oversees the creation of programs focused on organizational development and leadership development. Mike has a background in talent acquisition and succession planning, having held roles in similar capacities at Kondex Corporation and Mercury Marine. Mike graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a degree in Manpower & Industrial Relations.
