Alice is currently the Head of People & Communications, Front Line Americas at KONE, where they drive the people agenda for the Americas region. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources, US Front Line KONE Americas, where they supported the unit's HR and people agenda. Alice has also served as the Human Resources Director for the East Region at KONE. Before joining KONE, Alice worked at CarMax Inc. as a Regional HR Director for 8 years. Alice started their career at Nestle Waters, where they held multiple roles including National Human Resources Manager, Midwest Division Employee Development Manager, Eastern Division Employee Development Manager, and Area HR Manager.
Alice Heinz earned a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1991.
