Oscar Jaeger

Oscar Jaeger currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President for People & Culture at Kongsberg Automotive, overseeing the global People & Culture function for the automotive supplier. Prior to this role, Oscar held various senior HR positions at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, including Global Human Resources Business Partner and Vice President of Human Resources, successfully managing HR operations across multiple divisions and regions. With a BSc in Human Resource Management and Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Gothenburg, Oscar has extensive experience in HR service delivery, employee relations, and team leadership in diverse and complex global environments.
