Allan Rhodes is an experienced professional in organizational development and coaching, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Konsileo, where responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition strategies and enabling employee development. Previously, Rhodes led the virtual induction process and co-designed a hybrid mobilization process as Head of Organisational Development. As a coach at Transición.Coach since August 2018, Rhodes has facilitated the reimagination of independent professionals through coaching and training. Additionally, Rhodes held a pro bono coaching position at Grounded Idealist, supporting individuals in career transitions, and co-founded Ouitopía, focusing on organizational design and training. Rhodes also founded Reimagina2030, dedicated to fostering inclusivity and entrepreneurship.
